Outer Relay Uploader is a private automation application operated for the owner's own YouTube publishing workflow. It is not offered as a public software service.
Authorized use
The application may be used only with Google and YouTube accounts for which the operator has permission to authorize access.
Third-party services
The application relies on Google OAuth 2.0 and the YouTube Data API. Use of those services is also subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated if the application's functionality or use of Google APIs changes.
